This study is to the development of a moisturized cleansing pad with sterilization and antibacterial effects in respond COVID-19. Using MimicLipid MSM-1000 nonionic surfactant was developed O/W emulsion micelles that are forming multilamellar structures. Chlorine dioxide chlorhexidine digluconate as sanitizer were encapsulated stabilized these micelles, so it could be remained stable even after long-term use.
